You Were Made For Abundant Life. It's time.

Jesus tells us in John 10:10, "I came that they may have life and have it abundantly." Yet we experience that living in a broken world, there are painful things that wound our soul. Jesus does not leave us there. Do you want to take Him up on His promise? I welcome you to the counseling journey where healing, freedom & change bloom & blossom.

About

I’m a Christian counselor with over 19 years of experience committed to helping women & men heal, overcome, & walk in the authority that Jesus came to give us. My work focuses on getting to the roots of wounds and lies that are leading to pain, dysfunction, or unhelpful patterns that you experience. There are also seasons in life that are simply difficult, where we need support and compassion as we process and get through to the other side. We can’t do any of this without God’s presence, so I believe in partnering with Holy Spirit as we collaborate to meet your counseling goals. I’m passionate about helping clients learn to pay attention to what we see happening in our lives in the natural (with our physical eyes) and what we see happening in our lives in the spiritual (with our spiritual eyes). Because problems in the natural have natural solutions, but spiritual problems ONLY have spiritual solutions. If you are open to it, we can explore deeper level areas such as generational curses, vows, strongholds, soul ties and any other legal rights or open doors the enemy may have to you and your family line to “steal, kill, and destroy” as Jesus tells us in the first half of John 10:10. I'm passionate about helping my clients "grow their muscles" in their relationship with Father God, Jesus & Holy Spirit and also in areas such as boundaries, identity, forgiveness & many others. I also utilize a variety of frameworks I have seen benefit clients: Pia Mellody's work from The Meadows (she mentored me and is the author of “Facing Codependence” & “Facing Love Addiction”), Intimacy Therapy from the Center for Relational Care in Austin, the Enneagram to understand your strengths & weaknesses, and other frameworks that are beneficial on your journey. I had the joy of going to graduate school and earning an MA in Counseling from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas in 2006. I was also blessed to attend ministry school in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated in 2021. As a Texan, I’m joyful to be serving clients who reside on Texas soil!
